How to remove the creases when I receive the rug?

Since the rug is folded for packaging, temporary creases may appear upon unpacking. Lay flat, roll in the opposite direction, place heavy objects, or use a steamer with cloth to remove creases. They will naturally disappear over time.

Is the rug easy to clean? Can it be machine washed?

Yes! Stick or handheld vacuum regularly or spot clean. For deep cleaning, machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and high heat. For the 8×10 size, use a washer with at least 5.0 cu ft capacity or a commercial machine.

Why does the color look different from what I saw online?

Color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and production factors like ink, temperature, and printing. We use natural lighting in photos, but minor differences between batches are possible.

Does the rug have a non-slip backing?

Yes, it has a built-in non-slip TPE backing that keeps it stable on hard floors. Made from soft microfiber and 6mm thick, it’s safe for homes with pets—no curling edges or sliding issues.

How do I choose the right rug size?

We recommend measuring your space before purchasing. Please refer to the size guide in the listing images to find the best fit for your room.
